It may be safe to say that spring is finally here in Northeast Ohio! Honestly, I think we earned this one after the dreadful winter of 2025/26. It seemed like once the first snow hit the ground it took up squatters rights or something and just would not leave.

I truly lost count how many sub zero days we had, how many windchill advisories that were issued and for multiple days in a row. A lot of new records were set, temps and snow alike.

Not to be overlooked but spring is of to a record setting Stark of its own. One day so far broke a temp record set back in the 1800s.

The summer will probably be just as brutal as only time will tell, but femme your delivery drivers out there in the elements. Leave them a water, snack, a spritz from the water hose. A little shade for a moment, a little respite from the heat. Just the offer can mean a world of difference in someone’s day!!
