So, you made it this far. Either by finding one of our QR Codes, or maybe you were given a business card by someone that lead you to this point. Eitheer way you are here now, and now that you are here is what we are looking for small package delivery drivers throughout Northeast Ohio.
What exactly is a small package you ask, think T-shirts in a bag type packages. Stuff from places similar to items from Tik-Tok, GAP, Old Navy, and too many others to keep listing them out, but you get the idea.
All of our positions are 1099 Contractor Positions. Think of your route as your own little business. You are your own boss. From the time you except your route in the morning and verify everything is accounted for, you set your pace for the day. Bear in mind, there is an 8pm deadline for completion. Just keep that in the back of your mind as you stop for breaks, etc.
A few of our drivers take ownership of their areas and have their own teams covering the individual routes within the territory!
Our drivers avg from $700 to $1500+ per week, some make over $100K a year!! Are you making that much? By joinging our team you have the potential to be making that, or more!!
We are assigning new routes in the coming weeks and will need to make sure we have enough additional drivers to cover the expanding areas.
We are looking for multiple on-call drivers that are available to run routes from either warehouse on a given day.
SpeedX routes load at a warehouse located in Garfield Hts., less than 5 minutes from the Lee Rd. exit on I-480.
OnTrac routes load at a warehouse located in Akron, minutes from the S. Main St. exit on I-76.
We operate 365/7-days a week, but that doesn’t mean that you have to. We have both full and part-time positions available. Daily hours vary, based on route size and your pace/rate of completion.

Routes range in size (60 to 100+ pcs avg. – warehouses process over 10,000+ parcels daily), but your route can be designed to fit your ability and availability.

Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Current auto insurance policy
- Your own reliable vehicle for delivery
- Strong work ethic
- Smart Phone with cell service to run delivery/navigation app, it will need a good battery and the ability to charge throughout the day.
- 100% Delivery Rate (meaning: 100% of packages taken on route must be delivered or returned the next morning to be rerouted)
